Photo Guidelines

This is a key part of making sure your portrait turns out beautifully. Let’s go over some simple photo guidelines:

  • Use a smartphone or any good-quality camera for the best results.

  • Choose a photo taken in daylight or a brightly lit room.

  • Have your pet look straight at the camera at eye level, facing forward.

  • Make sure your pet’s entire face and neck are visible, with no shadows.

  • Avoid heavy filters so we can capture your pet’s true colors accurately.

Other poses are okay too! Just remember your pet will be shown exactly as they appear in the photo.
