Do you send proofs before printing my portrait?

Yes, we are pleased to offer a proofing process. You will receive an email with a preview of your portrait for your approval before we proceed with printing, ensuring your complete satisfaction with the final product.

Can I return my portrait?

Given the personalized nature of our products, we are unable to accommodate returns. However, we are committed to your satisfaction. Should your portrait arrive broken or damaged, we will gladly provide a replacement at no additional cost.

What are your photo guidelines?

1.) Please ensure your photo is captured in a well-lit setting, preferably using natural light and avoiding any filters for the best results.

2.) Opt for a close-up, head-on shot that clearly showcases your pet’s ears, head, neck, and chest. This helps us create an optimal crop of your pet’s face. Photos of your pet lying down are not recommended.

3.) Please steer clear of overhead angles or blurry images to ensure the highest quality outcome.

How much do you charge for shipping?

For orders exceeding $90, we offer free shipping! For orders below $90, a flat rate of $10 applies for shipping to Canada or the USA.
